SPUD Bespoke is a full-service destination management company delivering bespoke events, experiences, and travel programmes across Ireland for international corporates and luxury leisure clients.

On the corporate side, SPUD works with companies from around the globe, designing and delivering incentive and reward travel, leadership off-sites, board meetings, and culturally rooted team programmes. They also support Irish companies hosting visiting executives or international teams, creating thoughtful multi-day programmes and seasonal events that go beyond standard formats.

Alongside corporate work, SPUD delivers high-end leisure trips for private clients and international tour operators, providing fully managed five-star travel experiences across Ireland.

SPUD was founded by Rob Walsh, an experiential events expert with a background in designing creative experiences for brands to engage consumers in unique ways. That approach shapes how programmes are conceived and delivered. Each project is experientially led, with a strong storytelling thread running through it, using Irish culture, people, and place in a natural, modern way. The result is programmes that feel purposeful, engaging, and carefully considered.

We support local communities primarily through direct partnerships with independent guides, venues, and suppliers, keeping economic value within the areas we work in.

Local guides, venues, and independent suppliers are prioritised wherever possible.

Group size and pacing are managed to reduce pressure on places visited.

Activities that risk harm to landscapes, wildlife, or protected environments are avoided.

Printed materials and disposable event items are minimised in favour of digital or reusable alternatives.

Food planning encourages sensible ordering to reduce avoidable waste.

Remote working and efficient planning are used to limit operational travel and emissions.

Clients are guided towards more responsible choices through programme design and recommendations.

Sustainability is communicated honestly, without overstatement or unsupported claims.
